We expend  much of our resources in providing a vast array of unique support services - consulting, troubleshooting in person, on phone or on site,  all at no cost to you our customers. This tremendous value cannot be quantified in terms of dollars and cents but does provide a windfall in terms of customer value, service and satisfaction.

With the commitment of additional resources, our partnership with University departments and team work, we are in the process of optimizing our advantages with more efficient processes,  online fulfillment, and products that are  most in demand by the Brown community.
